Accessibility statement
Accessibility at One Flavor Candy
oneflavorcandy is committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible, including customers who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, screen magnification, captions, or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We aim to align this storefront with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is part of our ongoing theme maintenance process, not a one-time launch checklist.
What we have improved
- Added skip-to-content navigation, page language, page titles, canonical URLs, and visible keyboard focus styles across the theme.
- Improved labels, status messages, and keyboard states for search, newsletter signup, filtering, sorting, product options, quick buy, cart drawer, and quantity controls.
- Kept product option controls available to assistive technology instead of hiding them visually and semantically.
- Improved color contrast for theme color schemes and text links, including the pink accent treatment on normal-size text.
- Added reduced-motion handling for customers who prefer less animation.
Known limitations
Some experiences depend on third-party apps or Shopify-hosted services that we do not fully control. This can include review widgets, subscription widgets, chat widgets, payment widgets, and Shopify checkout. We review these areas as part of regular testing and work within each vendor’s available settings and APIs.
Product images, page copy, uploaded files, and embedded media are maintained over time. If any merchant-managed content creates an accessibility barrier, we want to know so it can be corrected.
Tell us if something is not working
If you run into an accessibility barrier, please contact us and include the page URL, what you were trying to do, the browser or device you were using, and any assistive technology involved.

You can also use our contact page. We aim to review accessibility feedback within 5 business days.
Ongoing work
We combine automated checks, Shopify Theme Check, and manual keyboard and screen-reader-oriented reviews when shipping theme changes. New sections and templates should follow the same accessibility expectations.
